Fitppl Costa Rica Retreat

Do good, feel good. This sums up our experience on the fitppl retreat at the Pipehouse in Playa Grande, Guancaste, Costa Rica. For the 5 days we were there, we:

Worked out,

ate a vegetarian lifestyle,

practiced yoga,

learned how to surf,

explored secret beaches,

learned how to add fitppl products to make yummy food,

and cleaned up trash along the coast.

We left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and humbled by the Guancaste people. We can’t wait to see what fitppl has in mind for their next retreat!
