A day of endorphins and donations for Austin Personal Trainers!

We created this Day of Digital Fitness to support Austin's beloved fitness instructors who have been affected by the coronavirus. It'll be a day of broadcasting donation-based workouts, flows, a dance party, meditation, and a DJ set.

The happened on Saturday, March 28 on Facebook.


Did You Miss the Workouts?

If you missed the workouts on 3/28, don’t worry, some of them are yours to keep! All that we ask is that you help support them in any way you can. Donate directly to the instructor or take their class when Austin gyms open back up.

7AM — Outright Fitness

This is a 20-Minute full-body athletic conditioning workout.

8AM — LIFTOFF Body

(FB) From the founders of @CrossFitCentral, Carey and Jeremy will lead you through a fun, challenging workout.

9AM — ISOFIT2020

(IG LIVE) Bodyweight workout with David Garza and Jenn Goldman

9:30AM — Marathon Kids 

Take your kids to the backyard for this fun, 14-minute workout.

Netflix and Chill Fun Yoga Flow ending with Core-antine!

11AM — Jennifer Frey Fitness

12PM — Structure + Soul

(IG LIVE) Mobility Yoga Flow

Lauren Brown will lead a 30-minute yoga flow focused on hip mobility. Expect some core work, standing poses, and seated hip stretches. 

**No props needed but a yoga block or firm pillow will be useful.



1PM — Truly Well - Boxing & Booty BLASTER! 

(IG LIVE) Sarah Enouen, owner of Truly Well, is going to lead you through a fast paced, cardio intensive, glute-hitting, home boxing workout! No equipment needed, just your beautiful self.


2PM — PowerPlant Fitness & Nutrition

(IG LIVE) Nickie Harris has a bodyweight HIIT workout for us! No weights, no problem. Nice will teach us how to move our body effectively and efficiently for the best at-home workout.

3PM — Total Body, Low Impact, Bodyweight Workout 

Join Kim LaBruzza, NASM-CPT for this total body workout for ALL LEVELS! Increase the intensity by adding weights, but maintain proper form — quality over quantity. TUNE-IN, make some space, set your timer (or tell Alexa), sip some water, and let's get to it! 



4PM — Sukha Yoga Austin

Sukha Yoga founder Erinn Lewis guides us through a breath-work meditation to help relieve anxiety. This meditation is for everyone that can use some comfort right now. *Donations will go to our teachers fund. 

5PM — Breath-work for Clarity 

(IG LIVE) Join Juliann Marie for an e x p a n s i v e breath-work session meant to help you tap into your greatest potential. For centuries, humans have used breath-work as a way to clear and strengthen the mind. You will learn how to reduce stress, support your immune system, and cultivate compassion all through by using just your breath.
